Early Access Key: Current Status
The short answer: Scam with your friends does not use an early access key system. The game is a free Roblox experience developed by the group DO NOT REDEEM IT, and it has been openly playable since its launch on September 15, 2026. There is no invite code, no beta key, and no paid early access pass standing between you and the lobby — you simply need a free Roblox account.
Because the game is only about three weeks old at the time of writing, search interest around "early access key" is common for new Roblox titles. In this case, that interest is based on a misunderstanding: the game skipped a closed-beta phase entirely and opened to the public from day one. Anyone claiming to sell or give away an access key is running a scam — fittingly ironic for a game literally named Scam With Your Friends.

No official website, Discord bot, or third-party store distributes early access keys for this game. If a page asks you to enter your Roblox password, complete surveys, or join a shady server to "claim a key," it is a phishing attempt. Real access requires nothing more than clicking Play on the official Roblox game page.
How to Spot Fake Early Access Key Scams
Given the game's name, it should surprise no one that scammers have latched onto the "early access key" search term. These fake-key schemes follow predictable patterns, and knowing them keeps your account safe.
Password Phishing
- Fake sites mimic the Roblox login page
- Ask for your username and password
- Legitimate Roblox logins only happen on roblox.com
Survey & Offer Walls
- "Complete 3 offers to unlock your key"
- Generate ad revenue for scammers
- No key ever arrives at the end
Discord Bot Scams
- Bots DM "beta invite" links
- Lead to credential-harvesting pages
- Official channels never DM keys first
The table below summarizes the red flags to check before trusting any site or server claiming to offer access:
| Red Flag | What It Looks Like | Risk Level |
|---|---|---|
| Off-domain login form | Roblox-style login on a non-Roblox URL | Critical — account theft |
| "Human verification" surveys | Offers, app installs, or quizzes required | High — personal data harvesting |
| Paid key resellers | Keys sold for real money or Robux | High — no real product exists |
| Free Robux bundled with key | Classic bait combining two scams | Critical |
| Countdown pressure timers | "Only 3 keys left!" fake urgency | Medium — engagement bait |
Ask yourself: does the official Roblox game page open directly for me? If yes, no key was ever needed. If a page claims the game is "locked" behind a key while the official listing shows a green Play button, trust the official listing — it is always the source of truth.

Platform Compatibility & Free-to-Play Facts
One reason the "early access key" rumor spreads is confusion with games that genuinely use paid betas on PC storefronts. Scam With Your Friends does not. It is a lightweight Roblox experience available across every major platform Roblox supports.

PC, mobile, and console players share the same lobbies. Your account works everywhere, so there is no separate access process on any platform.
