Early Access Status: What You Need to Know
If you searched for how to get early access to Scam With Your Friends, here is the good news: the waiting is over. The game officially launched on Roblox on September 15, 2026, and it is now open to all players at no cost. Early access in the traditional sense — closed beta keys, invite codes, or paid founder passes — is no longer part of the picture.
That said, the game is still very young. It launched only a few weeks before this guide was written, updates are shipping rapidly (the most recent patch landed on October 7, 2026), and the developer continues to treat it like a live project. Understanding the access timeline helps you avoid fake key sellers and get in on future testing opportunities.
| Milestone | Date | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Public launch | September 15, 2026 | Game opened to all Roblox players |
| Most recent update | October 7, 2026 | Content and balance patch |
| Total visits | 1M+ (reported) | Growing rapidly post-launch |
| Concurrent players | ~2,800 | Peak activity in evenings |
| Price to play | Free | Optional Robux extras in-game |
Third-party websites claiming to sell "early access keys" or beta invites for Scam With Your Friends are not legitimate. The game is accessed only through the official Roblox game page. Never enter your Roblox credentials on external sites — for a game about scamming, getting scammed yourself would be a rough start.
How to Start Playing Right Now: Step-by-Step
Since early access is closed and the game is public, getting in takes about two minutes. Follow these steps on any supported platform — PC, mobile, or console.
Install Roblox
Download the Roblox Player from the official Roblox website on PC, or install the Roblox app free from the App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore.
Create or Log In to Your Account
Sign up for a free Roblox account or use an existing one. Your progress and friends list carry across all platforms.
Search for the Game
Type "Scam With Your Friends" into the Roblox search bar. Confirm the developer group is DO NOT REDEEM IT before joining to avoid copycat games.
Hit Play and Pick a Server
Press the green Play button. Smaller servers are better for learning the ropes, with fewer veteran players competing.
Join the Developer Group
Join DO NOT REDEEM IT on Roblox for announcements, update news, and any future playtest or event invitations.
The game supports up to 25 players per server. If a lobby is full or chaotic, use the server list to hop into a less crowded one while you learn the core mechanics.
Official Access Channels vs. Fake Ones
Because the game's name invites confusion, it is worth being explicit about which channels are real. Access-related information only comes from a small set of official sources.
| Channel | Status | What It Offers |
|---|---|---|
| Roblox game page | Official | The only way to play; search "Scam With Your Friends" |
| DO NOT REDEEM IT group (ID 659441429) | Official | Updates, announcements, community posts |
| r/roblox community | Semi-official | Player discussions, findings, event talk |
| Third-party "key" sites | Fake | Sell nothing real; potential account risk |
| YouTube trailers | Community-made | Search the game name for gameplay previews |

Future Testing Phases and New Content Access
While original early access is over, new-style "early" opportunities still appear regularly. The developer ships frequent updates, and fresh content often reaches group members and active players first in practice.
Join the Group Early
Group membership is the most common prerequisite for exclusive classes, event rewards, and testing announcements in Roblox games like this one.
Play During Update Windows
Updates like the October 7 patch often launch with launch-day bonuses. Being online within the first hours of an [UPD!] release maximizes event access.
Watch for Exclusive Classes
The game's official description highlights unlockable exclusive classes and the path to "becoming the boss" — long-term players get first crack at new unlocks.
