Scam With Your Friends Playtest Key: The Short Answer
Here is the honest answer up front: there is no playtest key system for Scam With Your Friends. The game left any testing phase behind and is now a live, publicly playable experience on the Roblox platform, having launched on September 15, 2026. Anyone with a free Roblox account can join a server instantly — no invite code, beta pass, or key redemption required.
Because the game's whole theme is pulling off ridiculous scams with your crew, the internet has responded in kind: fake "playtest key" generators, phishing sites, and Discord DMs claiming to sell early access are circulating. The irony is strong, but the risk to your account is real.

Spotting Fake Playtest Key Scams
Since the game itself is about scamming, scammers outside the game use its theme as bait. Here are the most common traps and how each one works:
| Scam Type | How It Works | Red Flag |
|---|---|---|
| Key generator sites | Claim to produce free "playtest keys" | Game needs no key — generators are impossible by design |
| Phishing login pages | Mimic the Roblox login to steal credentials | URL is not roblox.com |
| Survey walls | Promise a key after completing offers | No real reward exists at the end |
| Discord DM offers | "Sell" beta access or VIP keys | Official channels never DM keys first |
| Fake game clones | Copy the title and thumbnail | Developer group is not DO NOT REDEEM IT |
